Our home care professionals go through an extensive hiring process to assure that our clients get only reliable, competent, and caring individuals handling their nonmedical needs. We make sure that our staff members have the right requirements and the adequate experience.
We conduct a regular assessment to do a quality check on the services rendered by our caregivers – whether the client they are taking care of is satisfied or the client has suggestions on how to improve their level of care. We also have a Client-to-Caregiver matching services to guarantee that the right caregiver is given to the client.
Applicants must meet our high standards screening before being placed with a client. We only hire caregivers that perform above and beyond the call of duty, including the believe in our MISSION STATEMENT and CORE VALUES.
